The PCMA Institute is committed to ensuring digital accessibility to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.
We are actively in the process of increasing the accessibility and usability of our website and our online professional development programs to improve the user experience for everyone.
While the PCMA Institute strives to adhere to accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all content or areas of the website. If you encounter an accessibility issue, please be sure to contact us with the details of the content or web page, and we will make all reasonable efforts to make that content accessible.
Currently, the PCMA Institute provides these assistive technologies for our online professional development courses: live transcription closed captioning provided by Rev.com, live sign language interpreters upon request, and downloadable powerpoints, and resources.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
The PCMA Institute website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
Please note that our website may link to, or interface with, third-party websites that we do not control. These third-party vendors may not have undertaken the efforts that CommunityAmerica has to comply with WCAG-2.0 AA standards.
