Independent review
How BES is evaluated
BES is not earned by sitting through modules. After application approval, candidates complete a capstone based on real work they have already led. That capstone is reviewed against a published rubric through an independent process.
- Independent rubric guidance: developed with input from Alpine Testing Solutions to support a fair, consistent, and rigorous review process.
- Transparent dimensions: strategy, measurable impact, stakeholder alignment, and leadership.
- Recognition of achievement: the credential validates work already delivered in the field.
